Provided that you met the conditions for the accommodation guarantee and you applied before 12 July 2012, details of your accommodation offer will be emailed to you by 6pm on 23 August 2012. If you are guaranteed but applied after 12 July you will receive your offer by 7 September 2012. Please make sure that the Accommodation Office has your correct email address. Any changes should be emailed, with your student number, to email@example.com.
Insurance students and other non guaranteed applicants will be contacted by the Accommodation Office in early September. In the meantime, students should apply for accommodation via the Accommodation Office website. Offers of any available University accommodation will be confirmed by mid-September.
Details of University accommodation, outlining any equipment you will need to bring and when to arrive, can be accessed via the Student Residences web page. The Accommodation Office can make only one offer of accommodation, and this cannot be changed before you arrive. If you are not happy in your accommodation, you can make a transfer request two weeks after the start of term.
