Law academic interviewed on Radio New Zealand about murder conviction

Dr Michael Naughton from the University of Bristol Law School was interviewed on Radio New Zealand's primetime breakfast programme about whether the country should set up an equivalent model of Britain's Criminal Cases Review Commission.

Dr Michael Naughton from the University of Bristol Law School was interviewed on Radio New Zealand's primetime breakfast programme ' Morning New Zealand' about whether the country should set up the equivalent of Britain's Criminal Cases Review Commission.

The report comes after the decision by New Zealand's Privy Council last week to overturn the conviction of Mark Lundy, who was convicted of murdering Christine and Amber Lundy in 2002, following a three-day appeal in London and order a re-trial.
