Sheila Rowbotham, a highly respected socialist feminist writer and Visiting Fellow in the School of Sociology, Politics and International Studies, is one of two Writers in Residence to be appointed at the British Library's Eccles Centre for American Studies.The Writers in Residence will increase awareness of the British Library’s extensive North American holdings, while using them to research their upcoming publications with funding from the Eccles Centre.
