Bristol Medical School welcomes students from all backgrounds who wish to train to become doctors. We aim to give our aspiring doctors the necessary range of skills and abilities to empower them to follow any career in medicine that they wish, be that a leading scientist, clinician or teacher of the future.
Students on the standard programme spend most of the first two years based at schools within the Faculty of Medical and Veterinary Sciences in Bristol. During the final three years of the programme, students spend the majority of their time on clinical placement in Academies.
