Rob Sheffield
Rob Sheffield has nearly 20 years experience in organisational improvement.
He has a particular interest in how leaders can make the best use of the
talent in their teams. Most of his work involves coaching leaders and teams
to think and act creatively, when their work is non-routine, and many solutions
are possible. As well as providing dissertation supervision for the Department
of Management, Rob teaches at the University of West of England on a number
of post-graduate business programmes. His areas of interest include leadership,
cross-cultural understanding, organisational culture, creativity and innovation. |

Jacqui Corderoy
Jacqui is a former MSc student of the Bristol University Department of
Management and she is currently an Executive Consultant with the People
and Change practise of Atos Consulting. She has over ten years experience
of Operational and Strategic Human Resources and has worked in senior line
management roles in HR, operations and sales. |

Nick Martin
After a first career as a chartered accountant, Nick has been working in
management development and training for the last fourteen years, and has
also been working as a coach for the past five years. Nick completed MSc
in Management Development and Training at the University of Bristol in
2001, and did my dissertation on links between corporate community involvement
and management development. |

Jane Keep
With a philosophical consciousness, Jane is a practitioner on the processes
of strategic, organisational and personal change. She has studied, researched,
taught and practiced human resource management and organisational development
and change for over 18 years. |

Geoff Pye
Geoff Pye has over 30 years experience in Human Resources gained in a variety
of blue chip multi-site service companies, higher education and most recently
in a 'Big 4' professional accounting firm. He currently works as an independent
Human Resources Consultant. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, and
holds a Honorary Doctorate from Thames Valley University. More detail on
