A popular and fast-paced networking event for people right across the University of Bristol who work with data.

Attendees have the opportunity to share a wide variety of ideas, models, theories and findings related to data science and data intensive research, as well as hear about activities going on in other parts of the university.

Famous for 3 minutes is a chance to meet academics from other fields of research, find out about their latest passions and discoveries and develop new research partnerships.

All participants are invited to present an area of interest using one slide and have 3 minutes to talk.

The presentations are followed by lunch and a chance to informally chat to members of the Jean Golding Institute team and other members of the group.
