Josephine is a Senior Research Associate in Mathematical Modelling and Health Economics. Her research interests include:
- Impact of disease control measures in low and middle income countries
- Parasites at the wildlife-livestock interface in subsistence farming systems
- Mathematical modelling of disease in complex systems
- Social and economic factors relating to uptake of disease control measures
- The role of alternative host species in disease transmission and control
