The Faculty Research Ethics Committee is constituted under the University of Bristol Ethics of Research Policy and Procedure. The Faculty Research Ethics Committee is responsible for approving all ESRC-funded research and is willing to consider research funded by other bodies with the consent of departmental ethics committees. The Faculty Research Ethics Committee may also consider appeals for all types of research proposal from departmental ethics review and approval procedures.
