Our range of courses cover the breadth of biomedical, veterinary and clinical sciences at a specialised level. This opens up a wealth of opportunities for our students, who can focus on their specific area of interest while having access to a wider background of scientific knowledge and research in the faculty.
Our biomedical science teaching labs are located at the heart of the University precinct, where much of Bristol's world-leading research is carried out; while our anatomy suite and vet school are based in dedicated centres at Southwell Street and Langford, where we have been training surgeons for over 50 years.
Choosing one of our biomedical courses will allow you to tailor your degree to your own academic interests and future ambitions, whether you aspire to become a forensic scientist, patent lawyer, join a leading research institute, the pharmaceutical industry, or become an academic expert in your subject. Our veterinary courses are equally as rewarding, providing you with a high standard of challenging and professional training that sets you up for a strong and clear vocational path.
Teaching is designed to help you develop your expertise and confidence, through lectures, practicals, tutorials, clinical activities, independent learning, group learning and online resources. We value the input of our students and actively seek feedback throughout every degree course to ensure they are satisfied and challenged during their time with us.
All our students have access to our RLF Writing Fellow who will be able to help you develop your writing skills. Find out more about the RLF Writing Fellow.
Dedicated key teaching facilities support our students throughout their studies. Find out more about our teaching facilities.
All UK and international medical, dental and vet students can intercalate onto many of our undergraduate courses. Find out more about intercalated degrees at Bristol.
We're offering scholarships for international students who receive an offer to study on one of our courses.
