Faculty Technical & Resource Managers Group
Welcome...
...to the web site for the Faculty Technical & Resource Managers Group
This website is intended to provide a means of communication between the Faculty Technical & Resource Managers Group (the FTRMG) and all the members of support staff in the Faculty of Medical and Veterinary Sciences. We hope that you will find this site interesting and useful and that it will answer any questions you have about either the FTRMG itself and its members or how the FTRMG can help you as a member of support staff within our Faculty. For more information on the Faculty Technical & Resource Managers Group and its members please visit the about the ftrmg page.
There are approximately 300 full-time and part-time members of support staff in the Faculty including technicians, manual, admin, and secretarial staff as well as radiographers and computer support staff. All members of support staff are a major resource for the Faculty and so the FTRMG is here to support you.
About this web site
On this site we have put together a lot of information that we believe will be of use to you, including details of the faculty annual support staff conferences, as well as information about your career and development including the new career framework programme. The staff q & a page is intended as a resource of those questions asked by support staff of the FTRMG on a number of subjects. Also on this site we have included a page giving details of any recent news that we hope will be of interest to you and that you are welcome to submit your own news stories to.
