Transcripts for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Postgraduate courses are issued by the Faculty Office. These are free for current students and for a year after graduation.

To request a transcript please write to the faculty office and state the following details:
If you wish to pay by credit card please contact Randal Jack, or if he is unavailable, please contact Allison Maggs or Helen Hampson.
Please allow two weeks for the your request to be processed.
