Decision-making and Rationality

Decisions are at the heart of all complex human behaviour and are shaped by the information available, knowledge and the behavioural goal. We use a wide range of experimental methods including eye-tracking, person tracking and virtual reality and we test both adults and children.

This experimental work is supported by a particular strength in computational and mathematical modeling. Our research aims to discover the fundamental processes of decision-making which have an impact in a number of applied settings.
