We study food choice, dietary behaviour and controls of appetite

The Nutrition and Behaviour Unit has been established since 2006 and it forms one of the largest groups of its kind studying human food choice, dietary behaviour and appetite control. Our research facility is located within the School of Psychological Science at the University of Bristol in the UK. Our work has been supported by a range of funding agencies, including; the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC), the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), the EU Seventh Framework Programme (EU FP7), the Medical Research Council (MRC), and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR).‌
