Students may obtain support from their employer or take out a career development loan from their bank. The university holds a database of  funding bodies who may be able to help  specific types of applicant. This can take time to wade through but may prove valuable. The Student Funding Office can offer advice and information regarding financial support for postgraduate study and for overseas postgraduate funding.  This office can also assist with Career Development Loans. Try also Turn2us.org.uk who may be able to help and can check you are receiving all the benefits to which you are entitled

Part-time student fees are charged pro-rata the full-time fee. Fees are quoted per annum and are subject to annual increase. For 2011/12 the fees are:

  • Full-time: UK/EU £6,060; overseas students £13,460
  • Part-time: UK/EU £3,195
