Sutton Trust Summer School

The Faculty of Engineering hosts a number of summer schools each year in July, in which departments from across the Faculty deliver a range of lectures and engaging academic sessions. For students who are interested in studying engineering, this is an opportunity to experience a more in depth look at each subject area and find out what it is like to study at university.

Access to Bristol: A2B

The Access to Bristol scheme is aimed at local students aged 16 and over, who are interested in applying to University. The scheme provides students with the opportunity to attend six academic lectures, and is designed to showcase what studying a degree at university may involve.

Taster days

A STEM Taster day for Year 12 students takes place in March and provides students with the opportunity to attend three taster lectures in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
