Craig Wilkinson, Senior Mechanical Engineer at Dyson, will be speaking about Dyson's history, their standard design process from concept to production (focusing on one of their products such as their recently launched hairdryer) and his career to date.

Innovation, Perseverance and Wrong Thinking are three concepts that are regularly discussed at Dyson.

Light refreshments afterwards - all welcome.

*Careers Service Drop-in* - For an hour after the lecture, the Faculty of Engineering Employability Adviser Gareth Hughes (Careers Service) will be available in the Pugsley Lecture Theatre Foyer (Queen's Building) for students to drop in and talk about anything careers related, including any queries, CV advice and how to access further support.

The Inside Track Lecture series is aimed primarily at students - speakers from a range of industries will share their inside knowledge. All lectures will be followed by a Question & Answer session and a chance to meet the speaker(s) over drinks.
