Engineers Without Borders: 'A Taste of International Development'

4 October 2013, 1.00 PM - 4 October 2013, 1.00 PM

Venue: Queens Building 1.69
Engineers Without Borders (EWB) Bristol are a student-run charity involved in international development and poverty alleviation.

One part of EWB Bristol is the branch partnerships. These are run with two Bristol-based charities: one related to providing drinking water in India with 'Frank Water', and the other aiming to provide affordable sustainable energy resources for both urban and rural populations in India with 'The Converging World'.

We are looking for enthusiastic students to get involved in these exciting partnerships in the coming weeks, to ensure they have a positive impact in the 2013-14 academic year and beyond.

Find out more at a lunchtime session, which will include a fun practical:  'A Taste of International Development' and free food.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Please see the attached flyer, or get touch for more information.  Also, keep your eyes peeled for details of the EWB Open Meeting next week, which will be a great opportunity to find out about the other activities and opportunities in EWB Bristol!
