Research summary

Joseph joined the Department as a Lecturer in Management in early 2011. Prior to this, he completed his doctorate in business studies at the University of Wales in 2010. His research interests include liberalization, organizational failure, organizational learning, international business strategy, and the airline industry in emerging economies. His research papers have been presented at the Academy of International Business and International Human Resource Management Conferences.
