Research

Coming from an activist background, my education adventures have covered so far the areas of Management and Business Administration (BSc), Information Systems (MSc) (thesis on the Physical and Philosophical Implication of the Church-Turing Theses) and Philosophy (MPhil) (thesis on Aristotle's concept of ekousio (free will/ responsibility).

After seven years as a Learning and Change project manager and practioner, I dealved into the world of alternative organizations, co-founding an alternative currency network, an agro-collective and a radical workers co-operative.

My research focuses on the inter-relation between empathy and the formation of liberated subjectivities within prefigurative spaces abiding to alternative organization principles that claim autonomy, in particular Social and Solidarity Economy radical worker co-operatives. My research aims to achieve a better understanding of the political role of empathy for intra-group encounters.

I am affiliated to P2P Laban interdisciplinary research collective focused on the commons. The P2P Lab is an RND and P2P Foundation spin-off.
