Iain Percy, who graduated from a BSc in Economics at the University of Bristol in 1998, has won a Silver medal at the London 2012 Olympic Games.Percy, along with his team-mate Andrew Simpson has sailed to a silver medal in the mens' Star class at the London 2012 Olympic games. Despite entering the final medal race with a commanding lead, they could only finish in 8th place in the final event, to give them the Silver medal. This is Iain Percy's third Olympic medal, having previously sailed to Gold in the Finn class in Sydney and in the Star Class with Andrew Simpson in Beijing.
