
I am engaged in the research and development of semiconductor micro-ring lasers in European project (IOLOS). These photonic devices can be used to achieve ultra-fast all optical memory, switching, all optical signal processing and logic functions for the next generation optical network. My research interests include optical packet switching, integrated photonics devices, all-optical scenarios, and optical network technology.
