
Ying-Lung Daniel Ho received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1999, and the Ph.D. from the University of Bristol, Bristol, U.K., in 2007.
He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Photonics Research Group. His research interests include FDTD modelling and simulation of quantum optics in wavelength scale structures, and Focused Ion Beam (FIB) fabrication of microoptical/nanooptical devices, including single-photon sources. He is also a member of the Centre for Quantum Photonics (http://www.phy.bris.ac.uk/groups/cqp/), which contains researchers from Physics and Electrical Engineering and a member of the Bristol Quantum Computation and Information Group (http://www.cs.bris.ac.uk/Research/QuantumComputing/), which contains researchers from four university departments (Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Physics).
