'Introduction to functional MRI' course, 19th & 20th June

Registration now open for 'Introduction to functional MRI' course

Thursday 19th and Friday 20th of June, 2014

Speakers:

The course will take the form of lectures and hands-on practicals. Further information can be found in the preliminary programme (PDF, 169kB).

  • Basics of MRI
  • Basics of BOLD
  • Experimental design
  • How to perform your first fMRI analysis
  • Looking at groups with fMRI
  • Regions of interest analysis
  • Dealing with nuisance variables

Please be aware that those with no prior experience of using unix should run through the first five sections of the following tutorial before attending the course:
