Research Ethics Conference 2021 (REC2021)

25 June 2021, 9.00 AM - 25 June 2021, 5.00 PM

online

Bringing together academia, industry, and local organisations across all disciplines with the aim of opening up and applying cross-discipline research ethics, contributing to ethical-centric practice and research.

Introduction
This year the University of Exeter will be hosting the Research Ethics Conference 2021.

This conference is cross-discipline and hosts academics, students, local stakeholders and members of the community/society who have an interest in research ethics to share knowledge, best practice and help to raise an understanding of the importance of research and practical ethics, which can sometimes run the danger of being misinterpreted, underplayed or merely viewed as a ‘tick box’ exercise.

This conference will provide a space and opportunity for presenters to share their findings collected through ethical practices, as well as any ethical dilemmas that arise from developing ethical standards around primary data collection or in the interpretation of statistics and other secondary data.
