A new discussion group and journal club for data, ethics, and algorithms will launch in 2021. Please sign up to the mailing list now to keep up to date about future meetings. 

The first meeting will be on Wednesday the 20th January 2021 1-2pm GMT, when we’ll be talking about the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation’s Review into bias in algorithmic decision making which was published last week. We’ll be reading the executive summary, which you can download (here if you have a Bristol email address, or here if not). A joining link will be sent out to the mailing list.
