The Faculty of Engineering has recently launched a new Masters Level teaching module in Wind and Marine Power, attracting approximately 100 undergraduates and around 30 professionals from local companies. Manufacture of the vehicle has now begun in earnest, in order to finish the build by early April and leave enough time for fully testing and refining the vehicle before the August race.
