A Toolkit for Living Well With Uncertainty

One of Brigstow’s original themes was ‘living well with uncertainty'. Using this toolkit we would like to invite you to join us in exploring the question of how we live well with uncertainty. Come back soon to see the what other tools we have added.

The first tool we would like to share with you is a gift. In the link below you’ll find something that one of our interdisciplinary and co-produced research teams have made that we wanted to share with you to use. They have been ‘re-imagining the diary’ and thinking about how diary writing might help to create a reflective space. We love what they have developed and wanted to share it with you to use during times of uncertainty. The diary is designed around three stages that you complete each day: transition, activity, reflect.

Click here to access the diary and be invited to join the research project. Once you have submitted your details simply download the pdf, print it off, and then follow the instructions. You will be asked if you are happy to take part in a brief anonymous online questionnaire later about your experience using the diary. This will help the research team to refine their ideas.

Please feel free to share this link with others who might like to take part.
