At Bristol we recognise that in order for you to get the most out of your postgraduate experience, you need support to develop your talents and skills not only to enable you to complete your postgraduate work, but also to prepare you for future careers within academia and beyond in the global work market. To assist you in this preparation we have taken the time to devise essential and appropriate skills training to help you develop throughout your postgraduate journey.

Please let us know if there are particular skills that you need to develop to enable you to complete your postgraduate work, or to prepare for a future career, that are not covered by any of these sessions. If there is sufficient demand from students and if we are given adequate notice, we can arrange to run bespoke training sessions in addition to the core skills training programme.
