Renaissance and Early Modern Seminar
Seminar Programme for 2009-10 to be announced shortly
The Renaissance-Early Modern Seminar (REMS) was formed in 1998 to bring together colleagues from different departments within the Faculty of Arts. Members were drawn from Modern Languages, History, History of Art, English, Classics and Music.
The Seminar first met on Monday 25 January 1999 and its meetings now form a regular part of the research culture of the Faculty. REMS has also organized mini-series of lectures, sponsoring visiting speakers through the generosity of various departments.
Seminars and lectures are attended by post-graduates as well as staff, and occasionally also by undergraduates. All are welcome.
