- What is the SAQ?
BVSc and AGEP: This is the Supplementary Assessment Questionnaire. All applicants who achieve or are predicted to achieve the academic entry requirements will be required to complete this. It is composed of a number of questions to assess you and then your suitability for the programme. At Bristol Veterinary School we do not interview applicants, they instead complete the SAQ. Other Veterinary Schools may contact you to call you for interview and it may therefore seem that Bristol Veterinary School have forgotten you. Rest assured that this is not the case, we are busy in the background scoring the SAQ so that we can send out offers of places on our programmes.
VNCAB: Currently (2024 onwards) applicants for the Veterinary Nursing programme do not need to complete the Supplementary Assessment Questionnaire.
- When will I hear from Bristol Veterinary School about my application?
Universities have until mid-May to respond with offers or rejections to UCAS applications. For VMCAS applications universities have until mid-April to respond.
