Companion animal submissions - for veterinary practices only

Companion animals (including dogs, cats, and rabbits, for example) may be submitted for post-mortem examination subject to agreement between the referring veterinarian and the relevant duty pathologist.

Submissions can only be requested by the companion animal owners’ veterinary practice and must be agreed in advance with the duty pathologist.

To request submission:

1. Contact us to discuss your case requirements (we’ll put you in touch with the duty pathologist)   
2. Once submission agreed, complete the submission process (we’ll pick this up electronically)
3. Send the animal to our address (details on our contact page)
