This procedure supplements the Safeguarding policy.

1. Quick reference reporting procedure 

Emergencies 

1.1. In an emergency:

  • Call 999 and

  • Call Security Services 0117 311223 (internal 112233) 

Reporting concerns about a registered student 

1.2. You want to report safeguarding concerns about a registered student: 

Reporting other institutional concerns 

1.3. You want to report an institutional safeguarding concern or a concern that is not regarding a registered student: 

  • If the concern is about a member of staff contact the Director of Central Services.

  • If the concern is about anything else contact the Director of Student Support and Wellbeing, or the Assistant Director: Complex Casework and Safeguarding.
