Fixed term longer stays

At the University of Bristol we have a selection of staff properties available on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. From rooms in shared houses to larger properties suitable for a family, the types of property we have can be found on the following pages. These details will give you an example of the houses and flats we have available and a guide to the costs involved. 

• Shared houses

  The University has four shared houses on campus and available for staff to rent.
• One bedroom properties

  These flats are all recently refurbished and close to the University campus.
• Two bedroom properties

  Our two-bedroom properties for staff, from spacious flats to cosy houses.
• Three bedroom properties

  Further from campus we have a few larger properties available to staff.
