Introduction to Public Engagement with Research
High-quality public engagement plays a crucial role in helping researchers understand, increase, and demonstrate the impact of their research outside academia—and knowing what public engagement is, why it matters, how to do it, and who to involve in conversations are vital career development skills.  This is an introductory workshop, aimed at researchers and staff new to public engagement from any discipline. Currently delivered through a mixture of bite-sized pre-recorded material, an interactive live webinar and self-directed tasks. (Dates for 2021-22 TBC)
