Karla Holmboe has been successful in getting a large Wellcome Trust Discovery Award. 

This 8-year award, in the region of £4 million, is a huge achievement and very well deserved.

Karla has said,

"I am absolutely delighted about this award, which also brings together colleagues in ALSPAC and collaborators at CUBRIC in Cardiff and the Donders Institute in the Netherlands."
