Physical Activity and Healthy Eating Research

This area of research has focused on developing and evaluating interventions which aim to increase physical activity and reduce sedentary behaviour, as well as encouraging healthy eating across the lifespan.

Previous studies:

  • PLAN-A - PLAN-A harnesses the power of influential girls in Year 8 to get the rest of their year group moving
