Research interests
I am a mathematical biologist interested in infectious disease dynamics and epidemiology. I am currently working on models of hepatitis C virus in populations of people who inject drugs and the impact of harm reduction policies and treatment.
My doctoral work was concerned with modelling HIV within an infected individual and investigating the effects of host heterogeneity on the persistence of drug resistance.
