Research interests
I am a computational medical biologist and clinical diagnostics researcher specialising in personalised cardiovascular medicine. My research aims to improve the prevention and therapeutics of thrombotic and thromboembolic diseases (e.g., coronary artery disease and atrial fibrillation) by integrating multi-modal data, especially clinical multi-omics, with advanced machine learning and data science frameworks. The ultimate aim is to translate these insights into individualised clinical tools, including bio-signature prognostics for prevention and personalised therapeutic strategies, maximising patient efficacy and minimising adverse effects.
