Research interests
With a strong academic foundation in genetics and genetic epidemiology, I have led diverse research projects exploring the connections between omics traits, lifestyle factors, drug targets, and disease risks. At the University of Bristol, my work focuses on causal inference using genetic data and electronic health records, emphasising Mendelian randomization and target trial emulation. Proficient in R and bash, I am dedicated to advancing our understanding of intricate genetic and epidemiological interactions through innovative research and rigorous analysis.
