Biography
I am a senior research fellow with a dual affiliation in the Health Protection Research Unit in Evaluation and Behavioural Science and the School of Psychological Science. I have experience and expertise in health psychology, public health, intervention development, optimisation and evaluation, and qualitative research methods
My reserach focuses on developing interventions for public health; including the development of interventions to support vaccination uptake, sexual health, HIV and COVID testing, protection from extreme weather events, and infection control. This involves working with individuals from diverse communities (e.g., people from minority ethnic communities, people who use drugs and alcohol, people experiencing homelessness, people from very low income white backgrounds, young people) and in a range of settings (e.g., schools, primary care, community settings).
