Biography
Thanks to various cross-disciplinary research collaborations, Minhao has published papers in the fields of operations management, information systems, and social media. His work has been published in Journal of Service Research; British Journal of Management; International Journal of Operations & Production Management; Tourism Management; IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management; Industrial Marketing Management; International Journal of Production Economics; Supply Chain Management: An International Journal; Journal of Business Research, and R&D Management, among others.
Minhao has been awarded outstanding reviewer for Industrial Management & Data System from Emerald Literati Awards. He is a member of the editorial board for Enterprise Information Systems and co-editing a special issue in Technological Forecasting and Social Change. Furthermore, in 2020, he received a grant awarded by Society for the Advancement of Management Studies to develop the management studies community. Most recently, he has been a co-investigator of an inaugural project about Automated Detection of Online Harms for Social Media Applications at REPHARIN which is an £8.6 million three-year UKRI Research Centre of Excellence.
