Research interests
Dr Michael Naughton is an academic sociologist, social theorist and legal scholar who is widely known for his publications, expertise and practical engagements that centre on miscarriages of justice, the challenges confronting prisoners maintaining innocence, false allegations of alleged sexual offences and the wrongful conviction and wrongful imprisonment of innocent victims.
