I am a hydrologist with a special focus on uncertainty evaluation of computer simulations and observational data. I have researched streamflow, hillslope, and catchment processes, water quality, erosion and climate change impacts.

Biography
I completed my PhD on Uncertainty Evaluation of Hydrological models under Prof Beven at Lancaster University in 1998. After completing various postdoc appointments I moved to the University of Bristol as a Senior Lecturer in 2008. I retired as a full time Professor in 2019 but I maintain an honorary status. At this moment in time and since March 2020 I am a visiting Professor of Hydrology at the University of Saskatchewan based in Canmore, Alberta, Canada
