Research interests
I completed my undergraduate degree in human nutrition and dietetics at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2017 and my PhD in Dietary Patterns and Progression of Type 2 Diabetes at the University of Bristol Centre for Exercise, Nutrition and Health Sciences in 2022.
My current research focuses on the contribution of the out-of-home food sector to the nation's diet and whether electric bike/scooter city-wide share schemes impact population-level physical activity levels.
