Research interests
Fangming Xu is an Associate Professor in Finance and the Director of Postgraduate Studies in the School of Accounting and Finance. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Cass Business School and an MSc in Finance from the University of Durham. His primary research interests include empirical corporate finance and asset pricing with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and financial market anomalies.
