Biography
I have taught in a number of areas including Criminal Law, Labour and Emploment Law, European Law, and European Company Law and I have taught Company Law and Corporate Governance for a many years.
As Postgraduate Director of Studies, I have recently led on the development of two new LLM Programmes - Law, Innovation and Technology, and Law - Environment, Sustainability and Business and I have established a Corporate Governance Club for our PG students.
I have been involved in several international research projects, including the Company Law and Sustainability research project which was led by the University of Oslo. I am a Member of the Daughters of Themis Women Business Scholars Network and a founding Member of the Sustainability Law Research Group based at the University of Oslo. I enjoy collaborative research and have a vibrant network of European research contacts.
