Biography
Charles Wynn-Evans is an Honorary Research Fellow and an Associate Member of the Centre for Law at Work at the University of Bristol Law School, a Deputy Chair of the Central Arbitration Committee, and editor of the Employment Lawyers' Association's ELA Briefing. Formerly a solicitor specialising in employment law, he has also served as a fee paid employment tribunal judge, as a member of the Law Society and the City of London Law Society's Employment Law Committees, and as vice-chair of the Industrial Law Society. He is the author of The Law of TUPE Transfers (Oxford University Press, third edition, 2022).
Research interests
Labour and employment law with a particular interest in the transfer of undertakings legislation.
