Biography
Dr Baker has experience smart polymers and 3D/4D printing with a background in chemistry, composite materials and education.
Dr Baker is a qualified teacher (QTS, PGCE) in secondary science and is passionate about improving education within engineering through use of best practice from secondary education and pedogocial research. She is focussed on improving the equality of education for all minority and disadvantaged groups within engineering.
