Research interests
My interests include promoting undergraduate skill development and integrating innovative technologies into the curriculum. Recent projects I have worked on include co-developing an interactive essay-writing tutorial for first-year physiology students with colleagues from Bristol and Cambridge, and designing a scaffolded approach to teaching R coding for life sciences undergraduates. I am currently developing and implementing AI tools in undergraduate teaching to promote students’ AI literacy and critical evaluation. Alongside my teaching-focused role, my research interests also include the effect of healthy ageing on motor learning.
