Parents information

We know how important it is that parents have the utmost confidence in their child's day care. You are entrusting us with your child's well being and we take that responsibility very seriously. The nursery's guiding principle is to ensure that your child thrives in a safe and caring atmosphere where his or her individual needs can be met to the full.

We aim to keep parents as fully informed as possible. We contact parents regularly by email to provide the Nursery Newsletter, updates on activities and reminders about events. We also encourage current and prospective parents to use this web site to find information such as applying for a place, fees, opening times, key dates and meals. Please also see our Parents Prospectus (PDF, 218kB) for more information.

The policy of the nursery is to be flexible in regard to individual parents' needs for care and attention of their children, whilst at the same time recognising the need to be clear on arrangements in the best interest of the children, parents and staff. To this end there are a number of rules and regulations that ensure that the nursery runs smoothly.

We aim to provide a high quality, efficient and accessible service to parents/carers and children. From time to time you may not feel happy with service and may wish to discuss it. You are welcome to do this at any time, if you would like to make a formal complaint, we have a procedure to follow.
